Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop in?
Walk-ins are welcome for oil changes, tyre repairs and battery testing. For anything larger — brakes, diagnostics, A/C or suspension — booking ahead means we can have your car in a bay the moment you arrive instead of queued behind other work.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Always. You get a written estimate before any work begins, and if we find something extra once we're in there, we stop and call you. Nothing gets fixed without your say-so, and the final invoice matches the approved estimate.
What warranty comes with your repairs?
Every repair is covered by a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on both parts and labour. If something we touched fails inside that window, bring it back and we'll put it right at no charge.
Do you work on my make and model?
We service all major domestic, European and Asian makes, including hybrids. The main exceptions are heavy commercial trucks and exotics — call us with your year, make and model and we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
Does servicing here void my manufacturer warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act a manufacturer can't void your warranty simply because an independent shop did the maintenance. We document every service to factory schedule so your records hold up.
Can I get a ride while my car is being worked on?
Yes. We run a free local shuttle within a five-mile radius, and there's a waiting area with wifi, coffee and a view into the workshop if you'd rather stay. Loaner cars are available for jobs over two days with advance notice.
